YouBrokeProd ("the Service") is an online platform that provides simulated production incident training for software engineers. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
The Service is intended for educational and training purposes. All scenarios, systems, and incidents presented in the Service are simulations and do not represent actual production infrastructure.
You may use certain features of the Service without creating an account. To access the full feature set, including progress tracking and leaderboards, you must create an account by providing a valid email address or using a supported OAuth provider (GitHub, Google).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

The Service and its content, including but not limited to scenarios, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by YouBrokeProd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial training purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YouBrokeProd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service - even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease.
